Meditation Classes in the Samatha Tradition
For beginners and non beginners.
This is mindfulness of breathing practice in the Buddhist Theravada tradition designed to develop mindfulness and concentration using Samatha.
Samatha means calm.
Classes meet weekly on Mondays at 7pm for 7.30pm practice.
