Meditation Classes in the Samatha Tradition
For beginners and non beginners.
This is mindfulness of breathing practice in the Buddhist Theravada tradition designed to develop mindfulness and concentration using Samatha.
Samatha means calm.
Weekly meetings by Skype every Monday @7:30pm and in person every Tuesday at 'Paula's' Newry where doors open at 7:30pm for 8pm sitting practice.
