New Beginners Samatha Meditation Class in Kew - July 2022
(Easy access from Richmond, Brentford, Chiswick, Twickenham,and Kingston)
Samatha is a traditional breathing mindfulness meditation technique designed to calm the mind. We teach a structured version with a series of stages that normally takes about six months to learn. It is Buddhist in origin but suitable for all.

The weekly class is held on Thursdays at 11.00 am to 12 noon.
New members would be welcome to join at anytime!
The teaching is free but donations towards room hire are appreciated.
Please bring cushions to sit on unless you prefer a chair, which are provided.
