New Beginners Samatha Meditation Class in Kew - September 2023
(Easy access from Richmond, Brentford, Chiswick, Twickenham, and Kingston)
Samatha is a traditional breathing mindfulness meditation technique designed to calm the mind. We teach a structured version with a series of stages normally taking about six months to learn. It is Buddhist in origin but suitable for all.

Beginners are welcome to join at any time!
The teaching is free but donations towards room hire are appreciated.
Please bring cushions to sit on unless you prefer a chair, which is provided.
