A beginners meditation class in Kingsbury.

Sri Saddhatissa Temple 309-311, Kingsbury Road, London, NW9 9PE.

Dates: Classes scheduled for Sundays at 15:00. You should confirm with  an appointment, as take up is limited. Classes ongoing based on interest. Initial class lengths for beginners are quite short.  Sessions normally end at 17:00 or earlier.

This is a session open to those interested from NW, HA postal codes or nearby.  Teaching is provided free of charge with the opportunity of donations to help cover the cost of room hire and refreshments.

Theory is provided as a basis for the practice.

There is free parking available close to the venue at this time.

There is no formal enrolment process. We look forward to newcomers.
